Modes of payment available

Regarding Saturdays, our passengers that make reservations that include two nights have priority, it may be Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday.

Anyway, on Thursdays, previous to the weekend, it is possible, and if there are cabins available, the passengers can make the reservations for single days.

From Sundays to Fridays we can rent cabins for only one night.

To confirm your reservation we require a guarantee of 50%, by a deposit or electronic transfer to our Bank account. We will send you all the data after you contact us by telephone or by e-mail. All reservations are tentatives and they can be annulled without previous notice until we receive the deposit. Once you have made the deposit you must communicate with us again, so as to verify that the deposit has been received correctly, thanks.

The final balance (50% remainder), must be payed at your arrival, (check-in) by an electronic transfer or by cash.

Annulment of Reservations

All the annulments of the confirmed reservations, when the 50% has been already deposited, must be made by e-mail. The annulment of a reservation is only concreted when we receive the written annulment.

We will return the money of the reservation only and when the annulment is made with an anticipation of at least 72 hours. After that period the money cannot be returned.

Change of Dates for Confirmed Reservations

If you want to change your date of reservation, it must be communicated with, at least, 72 hours of anticipation, and considering the avaibility that we may have for the date that you require.

Check in, check out

The cabins are available starting from 15:00 hrs for check in, and the hour of check-out is 12:00 hrs at the latest. If this limit is surpassed, we must assume another day of lodging.
